The Sustainability Committee, which consists of the President and other members, is positioned as the core organization in MonotaRO, and the Committee regularly reports to and discusses with the Board of Directors. The Working Groups on the important issues develop actual initiatives led by the Head of the Working Group appointed among the General Managers of the relevant Departments in charge and the practical leader appointed in each Groups.
　
We discuss and decide on fundamental policies and other key matters related to sustainability at the Board of Directors. As a general rule, the Board deliberates on and oversees the progress of our sustainability initiatives and any emerging issues at least once a year; in 2024, it conducted deliberations twice.
In addition, reports from each working group to the Sustainability Committee are, in principle, made at least twice a year, and a total of six meetings were held in 2024.

The Company has appointed an executive officer in charge of risk and established the Risk Management Office to monitor the status of company-wide risk management and provide necessary support.
With regard to risks related to climate change, the status of risk identification and countermeasures are monitored through the sharing of reports to the Sustainability Committee with the Risk Management Office and the Audit Committee.
